Bathing facilities are generous, offering guests a separate modern Showerroom as well as a second modern Bathroom.

Guests can also enjoy the sunny shared Swimming Pool with stunning lake and mountain views, as well as their balconies.

A reserved parking space is also conveniently provided for guests.

The village of Vercana offers a small grocery store, bakery and a panoramic restaurant with a wood burning Pizza oven. There is also easy access to local beaches and Water Sport centres. Vercana also provides a great starting point for Mountain bike and Hiking tours.

A footpath in Vercana leads to Domaso (1.4 km) and enjoys beautiful views of the lake whilst also leading to more restaurants.

In Domaso’s centre you will discover a quaint working harbour, shops, bakeries and restaurants. The town also offers a convenient Ferry and Hydrofoil service, providing connections to other attractive and fascinating towns and villages which are stretched out along the shores of Lake Como.

The ski resorts of Madesimo are 50 mins by car.

Service Charge

Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.

Making a Booking

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.
